Are your products freeze dried or dehydrated?

Both! We use a combination of both depending on the individual topping.

I spent a large part of my childhood in Asia where instant ramen and cup noodles were a big part of the culture. As a kid, I always wondered why there were a million different noodle brands and flavors but there were never any options for just dried toppings.I was tired of getting little to no toppings at all so that's when Ramen Bae was created.
